Advantages of digital governor
The work process of engine analog(electronic) speed governor is picked up real-time engine speed by the engine speed sensor, and then through an F / V converter converts it to an analog voltage ( there are a few analog speed control board is F / I conversion ) , then by an electronic circuit with a predetermined comparison voltage and a voltage difference - ( error voltage ) , then the engine throttle to promote voltage amplification , so the engine speed back up the predetermined rotational speed .
But control is often not so simple , often lead to excessive controls the entire control fails, there will be Instability, jitter and so on. Introduction of the analog gain control circuit ( also introduces some stability control ) , as described above, the error voltage is amplified to pull the throttle signal , the speed is adjustable amplification gain control is to adjust the magnification .
As long as regulate the gain , the diesel engine can be in accordance with our requirements stability. Sometimes, however, things are not satisfactory , or is difficult to find a suitable gain , or a good tune is today , tomorrow , again adjusted , this problem is the biggest problem in the analog control system.
When the product is digitized, the product's manufacturability, testability and reliability are greatly improved. Especially Easy tuning parameters , the program will assist to find the most appropriate gain, which greatly increases the adaptability of the product, has been widely praised.
